I am looking for any information, ancestors or descendants of Bertha SCHLAPFER, born at Herisau, county of Appenzell, Switzerland, 28 September 1841. She immigrated to New York City, N.Y. in 1854. She married John M. BOEHS (BOES) in 1860 at Newark, New Jersey and later moved to Albany and Utica, New York and had 8 children. Mr. BOES was originally from Cassel, Germany.
